A Calm, Comfortable Birth Is Possible

Hello! When there's something I want to know more about, I go deep. I am a big researcher! So when I became pregnant in 2022, I read a lot about pregnancy. It was through this deep dive, I discovered hypno-birthing. I had never heard of it before and didn't know anyone who had used it for their birth. From a variety of mom blogs and reviews, I decided to use the Hypnobabies Home Study Course for my childbirth education resource.

Through Hypnobabies, I learned SO much about what happens to a woman's body during pregnancy, how to prepare for birth, the choices I could make for my birth, and a lot more.
